Talent Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting and retaining potential talents (streamer, caster, host)
  • Sign and pitch prospective clients
  • Evaluating talents
  • Conducting auditions
  • Conducting research on potential clients
  • Negotiating prospective business deal
  • Scheduling of talents stream
  • Liaising with marketing manager on client’s needs
  • Ensuring talents schedule
  • Compilation of talents metrics
  • Liaising with clients on their needs
  • Makeup artist/wardrobe for content creation
  • Styling up talents accordingly to personalities

Key Requirements

  • Have minimum of 2 years experience in media and design related jobs
  • Be able to work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables
  • Excellent interpersonal, counseling, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage and allocate budgets
  • Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple campaigns/projects at the same time
  • Ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns
  • Has to possess leadership qualities and be a team player
